Plugin privacy policy

Effective September 30, 2026. This page describes data handled by the PPC Ad Sweep plugin.

What we receive and why

When you connect, we use your account identifier, name and verified email to authorize access. The assistant receives an account display name and stable account identifier. Your password is not shared with the assistant.

For in-chat analysis, the plugin receives the attachment's temporary download URL, file identifier and original filename, plus your break-even value. We download and process that workbook in memory without saving the original workbook or download URL. We store the calculated report, including campaign and ad-group identifiers, search terms, targets and performance figures, in your account so you can reopen it.

If you follow the website upload link for a larger file, the website temporarily stores your workbook in private Cloudflare R2 storage and processes it on Render. Source files are deleted after a successful audit; remaining files and unfinished uploads are scheduled for automatic deletion after one day. Temporary processing files are removed when the task finishes. The website's Your data controls explain its separate, limited activity measurement and optional analytics choices.

What is shared

Requested summaries, recommendations and evidence are returned to your connected assistant and can appear in your conversation. Its provider handles that conversation under its own privacy settings and policies. Our hosting and database providers process data needed to run the service. This plugin does not connect to Amazon or transmit campaign changes to Amazon.

Access and retention

We store hashed authorization credentials, permission scopes, expiration times and revocation records. Access credentials expire after 15 minutes; refresh credentials expire after 30 days unless renewed or revoked. Report fingerprints support retries. Private bulk-file links expire after one hour and require your account's current download access.

Reports follow the website's retention rules: your first report remains available, while cancellation schedules paid report deletion after paid access ends. Delete your account and reports using the website's Your data controls. Deletion removes plugin grants and report artifacts; an existing keyed marker of a used first-report allowance remains to prevent repeat use. Disconnecting does not delete downloaded files or results already shared with an assistant.

The plugin protocol and these pages do not load advertising analytics or session replay. Rate-limit counters protect service availability.

Your controls

Disconnect all plugin connections to stop further access. For data questions or deletion help, contact Steven.
