Start a cleanup

1. Connect through your assistant's account-linking prompt. Sign in and verify your email on PPC Ad Sweep, then return to the connection tab.
2. Use the original Amazon Bulk Operations XLSX with its unchanged filename, containing USD Sponsored Products data covering 30–65 days, ideally 60. Attach files up to 15 MiB in chat. For larger files, ask for a website upload link; the website supports up to 200 MiB when background uploads are available. Keep the workbook whole.
3. Provide your break-even ACoS percentage or ROAS. Review the report and ask for explanations of individual recommendations.
4. If your account includes bulk downloads, choose the actions to include. Open the private download link while signed into PPC Ad Sweep. Review the file, upload it in Amazon Ads and check the processing result.

Connection or file trouble

The website upload link carries the break-even setting you supplied. Sign in with the same PPC Ad Sweep account connected in chat, upload your workbook, and finish reviewing your report and eligible downloads there. You do not need to return to chat. Questions about an already saved report do not use another audit.

For an expired attachment, attach the original workbook again. For an expired download, request a new bulk file with the same actions. If linking fails, sign in and verify your email, then reload the connection tab. Saved reports remain available when your account cannot create another report.
